What we collect
If you email us or fill in a form, we hold your name, email address, company name and whatever you chose to tell us. We do not buy personal data and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics
This site uses no advertising trackers and sets no third-party marketing cookies.
Anti-spam and email policy
We send business-to-business email only, to named individuals at companies we believe have a genuine use for our services, and never to addresses obtained from purchased or scraped consumer lists. Every message we send identifies Birch Voyage by name, includes a valid postal address, comes from a working reply-to address that a person monitors, and offers a plain-language way to opt out.
We honour opt-out requests on receipt and in all cases within ten business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. A request to stop is permanent: we suppress the address and do not re-add it if it later appears in another source. We never use deceptive subject lines, forged headers or misleading sender names.
To opt out, reply to any message with the word "stop", or write to hello@birchvoyage.com. To report a message you believe breaches this policy, write to abuse@birchvoyage.com and we will investigate and respond.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer it and for our own records afterwards, and we delete it on request.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@birchvoyage.com and we will action it.
